Apple juice with hints of ginger and a squeeze of lemon makes a perfectly refreshing summer drink! This Apple Ginger Lemonade is one drink everyone must have..!
My Apple Ginger Lemonade is no less delicious than any drink you get at a restaurant. It leaves you refreshed and asking for more..! You need 5 minutes to prepare it but you can also prepare it way ahead of time if you’re having guests over. A pitcher full of my Apple Ginger Lemonade will be gone before you know it, so keep some hidden away for yourself! 🙂
This drink was a spur of the moment thing. I love Ginger Ale and any drink with ginger really but I had never attempted to make them at home. This drink was a result of my craving for ginger ale, I was in the kitchen for 2 hours trying to get close to that flavor but nothing worked. I did a version with pineapple but I wasn’t impressed with it. Finally I laid my hands on some apple juice that I had lying around my house and then came the magic! I created a YUM drink..with nothing but a handful of ingredients and my instincts! I’m so chuffed that this experiment was successful.. 2 hours in the kitchen..NOT WASTED ! 😀
I’ve used non fizzy sweet packaged apple juice for this drink..if you like fizzy drinks then you can substitute it with a fizzy version of apple juice. I wouldn’t suggest adding soda because that might interfere with the sweetness of this drink. If you want to go the healthy way, you can also use fresh apple juice in the recipe instead of the packaged one.
