Make mango salsa, lemonade and watermelon mojito popsicles with this simple DIY activity at home this summer.
Summer is for popsicles and ice creams so I bring you a simple way to whip up three out of the ordinary popsicles ideas that will knock your socks off. These three popsicles – Mango Salsa, Watermelon Mojito and Lemonade are absolutely delicious, but if you ask me to choose a favourite, I’m gonna go with the lemonade version. It is AMAZING.
So here’s what you need to do to make these.

Makes: 3-4 popsicles
Ingredients
- Makes: about 3-4 popsicles (depends on the size of your mould)
- Ripe Mango, 1 large, peeled and diced
- Coriander or Cilantro, a handful
- Sugar Syrup, 2 tablespoons
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Salt, to taste
- Water, ½ cup or so
Method
- In a blender, mix all the ingredients together until you get a fine watery puree. Make sure there’s enough water. Thick popsicles don’t taste good and won’t come out with ease.
- Taste the puree and adjust it according to your taste.
- Fill the Popsicle moulds till the top, put a stick in the centre and freeze overnight.
- Take out when set and enjoy!

Hi,
These look lovely. But where can I buy Popsicle moulds in gurgaon or delhi or online?
Thanks.
P.S. You are doing a great job!
Hi Surbhi! I just found these at my local grocery store so I assume they’re easy to find. Just ask around and I’m sure you’ll find these. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help!
Thanks
Hello,
I tried your recipe. And it’s nice and tasted good.
I have a question.
When I just take a nice juice and freeze it, the yummy part kinda separates from the water, so that I end up sucking on an ice cube. Commercial popsicles manage to stay flavorful all the way, for the most part. What’s the secret?
Thank you 🙂
Regards,
Irene Insan
Hi Irene, that’s a good one! I’ll get back to you when I crack that!
