Try this simple recipe and make the perfect summer time drink – Nutella Frappucino!
Summers can be brutal, and I must admit that I’m not a huge fan of the sun. Apart from the heat I get nasty sunburns that leave me itchy and red for a few days. There’s nothing you can do (except maybe escape to a sun-less place) but cold beverages always help. So to beat the heat I decided to whip up a simple frappucino (and hide from the sun) and flavoured it with everyone’s favourite – Nutella! This frappucino or blended Nutella coffee is just what you need to beat the Delhi heat, which if you must know is crazy HOT. This drink is cold, it’s loaded with ice, it has the perfect amount of coffee and best of all it has Nutella. What more can you ask for?
- • Instant coffee granules, 1 tablespoon
- • Nutella, 3 tablespoons
- • Cold Milk, 1½cup
- • Cold Water, ½ cup
- • Sugar, as per taste
- • Whipped cream and Nutella, for toppings (optional)
- • Ice cubes, 6-8
- Transfer all the ingredients (except whipped cream and Nutella for topping) in a high power blender and blitz until the ice has been crushed and everything has combined together.
- Pour the coffee in glasses and top with some whipped cream and drizzle with Nutella.
- Serve immediately.
